Welcome to Costen class! 

Our class is named after Bill Costen, who was the first Afro-American hot air balloon pilot. We think he is important to remember as he inspired others to follow his dreams and never gave up on them. Did you know that Bill Costen is also known as the 'Balloon Man?'
